Our practice wants new patients to feel at home from the minute they walk into our office. That’s why we’ve developed a strong new patient experience that models our training, mission, purpose, and core beliefs.

When you first schedule or request an appointment, you will receive a call from our treatment coordinator to obtain any new information. When you arrive, you’ll meet with the treatment coordinator to discuss goals, concerns, and questions. From there, you will get a full set of diagnostic x-rays and pictures using our iTero scan or CBCT scanner.

Once we have received all records, our dentist will come in to discuss your images and express any concerns. Once a treatment plan has been developed, our hygienist will clean your teeth followed by a full exam by our dentist as well as a collaborative review of our treatment plan. After your exam, you will be able to meet with our financials team to discuss appointment scheduling and payment options.

We believe dental care should be relaxing, comforting, and restorative. Therefore, we offer a variety of amenities and comforts to ensure you feel comfortable, at peace, and listened to. Our amenities include:

• Personal: Hot towels, blankets, neck pillows, unique aromatherapy, paraffin dips, massaging chairs, ADEC chairs, noise-canceling headphones, and beverages and snacks.
• Technological: Televisions in treatment rooms and waiting rooms, a selection of movies, music in the office and operatories, computers in all treatment rooms, and the use of iPads for patient education.
• Accessible: Handicapped bathrooms, office entrances, and other accommodations.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND INSURANCE

Being able to fund your dental care should not be an obstacle to receiving the dental care you deserve. We offer a variety of financial resources, including an online payment portal for easy payments and access of your records. We also offer the following payment options:

• Credits: We offer care credits and payment plans through Alpheon, Moment, and CareCredit.
• Insurances: Our office is in-network with several major insurance providers. Please call our office to ask about your specific insurance plan.
• Loyalty Plans: Our Smile Loyalty Plan is a unique offering that allows you to receive discounts and loyalty rewards for each of your regular dentistry service needs.
