Policy Updates

Updated August 1st, 2024:


In an effort to continue to provide the best possible experience and care for our patients, we are revising our policy for Cancellation, No-Show and Rescheduling.


EFFECTIVE BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST, 2025

Cancellations: Any cancellations that occurs without a minimum of 48-hours notice the following fees will apply:

  • $50 for aesthetics appointments
  • $75 for dental hygiene appointments
  • $150 for dental service appointments


No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment the following fees will apply:

  • $50 for aesthetics appointments
  • $75 for dental hygiene appointments
  • $150 for dental service appointments


Rescheduling: If you call to reschedule without a minimum of 48-hours notice the following fees will apply:

  • $50 for aesthetics appointments
  • $75 for dental hygiene appointments
  • $150 for dental service appointments


BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2024

Payment-type on File at the time of the appointment*:

  • All patients must have a payment-type on file beginning September 1st, 2024. This can be a credit card or debit card.
  • All patients must have a valid ID/Driver's License on file beginning September 1st, 2024.
  • All patients must have a valid insurance card if insurance will be used for patient's visit, beginning September 1st, 2024.


*If you do not have a card on-file, applicable fees will be added to your account for your next visit.
